With a strictly BtoB focus, we have dedicated Sales Destination Managers for each of our markets around the world who speak your language and know your market – inside and out. Our ‘first responders’ of sorts, our friendly Sales Destination Managers serve as your first contact in your market, and they work tirelessly to help you build the perfect, bespoke tour for your clients with our sales teams on the ground in the destinations.

01 Complimentary Consultation Discuss client’s interests, budget, and any particular needs to design an itinerary outline
02 Itinerary Proposal Propose itinerary framework, according to client’s requirements, with day-by-day activities and real pricing for client review and feedback. The itinerary proposal will be sent to clients within 24 – 72 hours, depending on type of traveler group.
03 Confirmation Inform clients of the final version of client’s trip, including day-by-day activities, deposit deadline, and other special needs.
04 Make a payment After client confirmation, the payment should be made around 30 – 40 days before departure.
05 Departure & Trip execution Stay in close touch with our ground staff in Asia, who support clients in different situations and maximize satisfaction during the trip.
